LINTEL HOLDINGS

About

Lintel Holdings publishes its own applications, runs operations for other people's businesses, and advises the people making the decisions.

Why one company, three practices

Most advice about software comes from people who never had to answer for it.

A consultant recommends a platform they will never have to operate. A developer hands over a build and moves on to the next one. Neither of them wakes up to a one-star review, a refund request, or a support queue that is nobody else's problem to solve.

We do. We publish our own applications to the public, set their prices, and carry everything that comes after — the reviews, the support mail, the version after this one. Nothing gets handed to someone else at the point it turns difficult.

That is what makes the management and consulting work worth having. We are not advising from outside about weather we have only read about. We are out in it, on our own money, in the same week you are.

How we work

Four things you can hold us to.

01

We scope honestly, including downward

If the thing you asked for is bigger than the problem you have, we will say so and quote the smaller version. A project that should not exist is bad business twice over.

02

You own everything

Source code, accounts, domains, data, documentation. No hostage infrastructure, no licence that expires if you leave, no password only we have.

03

Plain language, always

Every recommendation gets explained in terms of what it costs, what it buys, and what happens if you ignore it. If an explanation needs jargon to survive, it is not a good explanation.

04

We would rather be replaced than needed

The goal of a management or consulting engagement is a business that runs without us. We will tell you when you have reached that point.

Who you would be talking to

No pitch required.

A first conversation costs nothing and commits no one. If we are the wrong people for what you need, we will say that too.
